What size party can you serve?

We are able to serve up to 350+.

Please find our guest minimum requirements outlined below:

April through November:

Monday – Friday (until 4:00 PM): 60-guest minimum
Friday (after 4:00 PM) – Saturday: 75-guest minimum
Sunday: 65-guest minimum

December through March:

60-guest minimum for all days.

Please note that while you may host fewer guests than the totals listed above, you will be billed for the specified minimum.

Can you cater corporate events beyond regular office lunches?

Absolutely! While we love doing monthly office pizza days, we're also perfect for corporate outings, team celebrations, client appreciation events, holiday parties, tenant appreciation days, and company milestones. Whatever you're celebrating, we'll work with you to create a package that fits the occasion.

Can you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?

We offer a variety of options including vegetarian pizzas like our Spinach White and Seasonal Veggie. Since every pizza is made to order, we have some flexibility to customize. When you contact us, let us know about any specific dietary needs and we'll do our best to accommodate your team.

What do you need from us to make the day run smoothly?

Very little! We just need a suitable outdoor space for The Pizza Wagon to park and set up—a parking lot or similar area works perfectly. Since we're a completely self-sustained mobile pizzeria with our own generator, water, and prep area, we don't need access to your building's facilities at all. We show up, we serve delicious pizza, and we leave you with happy, well-fed employees.
