Pizza Wagon Menu
Our food truck is a completely self-contained, mobile brick oven pizzeria. We are available to come to your home, office or event venue and prepare freshly made, wood fired pizzas in our imported, Italian oven. Your guests can watch as our staff stretches and tosses fresh dough, skillfully crafts the individual pizzas and places each one in our blazing, 750-degree, wood fired pizza oven—where they cook in a matter of moments!
For the majority of our catered events, we create a pizza buffet in our immediate service area. This allows your guests to sample all of the offerings. The Pizza Wagon prepares pizzas throughout the service time and at the pace at which your guests are enjoying the selections ensuring the pizza offered is always hot and fresh out of the brick oven.
